Real Estate

As it relates to Real Estate transactions, Kidwell & Cunningham prepares Deeds, Mortgages, Notes, Purchase Agreements, Land Installment Contracts, Commercial and Residential Leases. The firm also performs Closing Agent Services, conducts Title Searches, prepares Lawyer's Certificates of Title, and can procure Ohio Bar Title Lenders and Owners Insurance.


Probate

Have you had a loved one pass away and you’re not sure how to handle their things? The probate process can be very long and complex and is the last thing that anyone wants to think about after losing a loved one. Here at Kidwell & Cunningham, we make the probate process a little less burdensome. Our attorneys can assist you in figuring out how to handle your loved one’s last affairs.

Mediation

Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process where parties in a dispute agree to allow a mutually selected neutral third party assist them in negotiating their dispute in an attempt to resolve their differences.


Estate PLanning

An estate plan is not just making sure your property gets to where you want it to, but it also includes a financial power of attorney designating who you want to make decisions over your finances if you are unable to make those decisions. It also includes a health care power of attorney designating someone to make health care decisions for if you are unable to do so.


Evictions

Do you have a tenant who has defaulted on their lease? If the answer is yes, you may need to go through the legal process of evicting them. This process starts with either a 3-day or 30-day notice to leave the premises and may lead to an eviction hearing in front of the judge.
